Sunday’s Sermon: On Sunday, I preached on caregiving being an essential part of our salvation. Read it here.

*THIS SUNDAY* Pavilion Worship and Chili Cook-off: Our 5th Sunday tradition! We will be taking Sunday morning worship to the Pavilion. Bring a camp chair and enjoy a laid back service. Then following the service, we will have our annual chili cook-off. Bring a crockpot of chili to share and compete! The fun starts at 10am. For questions about what to bring, text Pastor Steve or call the church office. There will be no Sunday School that morning.

*LAST CALL* Church Survey: If you have 2-3 minutes and haven’t already completed the worship and ministry survey. Please do so by clicking here. This survey will provide our leadership vital information to plan for 2025. We hope to more specifically address the needs of our community and church members. The survey is completely anonymous.

Methodism 101 Resources: On Sunday, we talked about how Methodists interpret scripture. Here is an expert from our Book of Discipline that goes into greater detail about how and why we interpret scripture in our particular way. It is a long read but well worth your time.

Calling all Bakers: Reach out to the Prayer Shawl team if you are willing and able to help supply the bake sale. Also if you would like to donate any hand-made crafts to contribute to a table en lieu of hosting your own table, don’t hesitate to ask!
